Gaia

Gaia is a huge, earth pony stallion with a dark, forest green coat. His mane is short a bit messy, sticking straight forwards. His tail is a bit long a bushy. Both his tail and his mane are a dark grey. He also has a small goatee around his mouth. It is also dark grey. His eyes are pure gold. His legs were cut off in a large battle with raiders and he barely survived. His legs are now iron, steampunk style, cyber pony legs. The plates are thick and bolts can clearly be seen as well as the hydraulics. He can use his hydraulics to power up his kicks and stomps. He's known to shake the earth when he stomps. They hiss every time he moves them. The front hooves have retractable fingers as well. He mainly uses these to serve drinks. He uses weapons integrated into his old armor. His armor covers his torso, back, sides and a bit of the back of his neck. Attached to each side is a large minigun with armor piercing rounds. In the center of his chest is in emerald. If he presses it, two lances extend from under the miniguns, and six blades, three on each side, lift from his side and almost look like wings. When he charges through a group, he impales his enemies on the lances and cuts the ones that try and jump out of the way with the blades. Gaia is very stoic. He rarely shows his emotions and doesn't talk much. Though when he does talk, ponies listen. He has a very deep voice that calls attention to it. He's a nice stallion if you know him well enough. Though don't get on his bad side, cause you won't last very long. And the minutes you're alive, you'll be terrified. Though you'll get lucky if he has a soft spot for you. Gaia used to be a knight before he was badly injured. After he got his legs, he retired and became a bartender. He's a pretty good bartender too. He hasn't been robbed once. Mainly cause all would-be-robbers, end up splattered all over the floor by the hidden shotgun under the counter. He's a bonafide badass.

Black Tip(Chaser)- Chaser is a tall grey sharp horned unicorn mare with long messy spiked grey hair and a messy grey spiked tail. She has her teeth sharpened like fangs and the tips of each spike on her ragged mane and tail are black and her clysadale like hooves are black at the bottom. She has steel blue eyes and her cutie mark is a grey arrow with a black arrow head. She is a traveling merchant who rides in a long black card pulled by a pair of large pegasi horses wearing full body black suits with a grey thin net oval over each eyes. She sells black and powerful magical items that she aquired by gathering her debts that ponies owed to her so she could keep running her store. None question or threaten her because she provides good business and usually has anything ponies may ask for. She doesn't sell for cheap however. Though she does sell simple items for bits and gold, if you want something powerful or sinister of hers, you must provide something precious. That includes ranges of things such as rare gems, star metal, and her most favorite thing in the world, items that hold a close emotional bond to the owner such as a family emblem or an old kept love letter. A lot of ponies wonder why she has been given the nickname 'Chaser'. She was given this nickname for a very specific reason but you have to dig deep to figure out why. For most it's a mystery, but some of her oldest customers would be able to tell you why. Though they probably won't due to the fact that most of her old customers would slam the door in your face or burst out in tears and fear if you asked about her. Because of this, groups and survivors usually send out special ponies to buy things from her for business purposes only.

Cloak and Dagger
Dagger is an unusual figure in the wasteland, shrouded in both mystery and a cloak. Underneath that cloak, he wears leather clothing, even around his flank and legs, and the cured hide of a Gecko for a combat vest. It is rather clear that he is trying to hide himself - he even has a strip of cloth covering his snout - but a pair of yellow eyes permeates the shadow of the cloak, and a jagged black horn juts out from under the hood. He almost never prefers to engage an enemy directly, and has a repertoire of dirty tricks. His personality contradicts itself. He can seem utterly heartless and logical at one point, and oddly calm and maybe even a little emotional at another. He is well-versed in the politics of pre-war Equestria and the nuances of the war, but it is mostly during the beginning and middle of it. The later stages, when the two sides began unleashing their deadly payloads, is lost on him, but he still seems to know things that modern ponies shouldn't.

Yes, I'm keeping the description vague on purpose. After all, you all already know he's a changeling. Also, I will give some hints to what a few hundred years of the wasteland have done to him. Particularly his ability for mimicry and his Spectrumsense.
Yes. I gave the ability to sense emotions a name.
These will all be revealed later in time, when I feel like it. And also because it's also not done yet.
I've also added some other nuances as to how he survived the bombs, rather than just ghoulification alone.

Niva-Like Dagger,Niva is a unusual figure seen in the Wasteland. She is a tall broad-shouldered Pegacorn with light silver cat-like eyes and scars running all around her body. Her mane,a light gray color, has grown long and is tied in a braid. She has learned from experience never to face a enemy head on,but rather out maneuver and hide using her magic. After the death of Storm, she has grown cold and heartless. She does speak from time to time but always keeps a mask of calmness. The only ponies she is still cares deeply about is Dagger and Nox.

Sea Treasure/Miss Fortune

Fortune is a sea green unicorn mare. Her mane is a messy mix of very light blue and white strands that reaches her shoulders. Her tail is in the same style and is normal length. Her horn is sharpened to a point and she has three, white freckles on her cheeks. Her right ear is torn a bit. Her eyes are a deep green, like jade. Her cutie mark is a Jolly Roger with crossed cutlass. She wears a white, frilled blouse that's a bit to big on her but is tight around her ankles, a tight, black corset and black pants. She also wears a long black trench coat. Plus she's covered in holsters. On her head is a black, pirate captain's hat with a skull and crossed cutlass on it. She carries a lot of weapons. Six pistols: Two on her back legs, two on her chest and two on her side, a shotgun on her back, and two cutlass at her waist. She also has a couple of knives hidden in her coat and blouse. Fortune is completely insane. She's gone. Long gone. But in the Wasteland, it's the good kind of insane. Sure, she might shoot you just because, but she won't eat you or slowly torture you. She will say the most random things and laugh at inappropriate times. Plus her stories get…interesting. She loves bits and bottle caps though and will do anything for them. She's a bounty hunter, barmaid, prostitute and invader all in one. Though she is strangely kind at a lot of moments. She's a pretty powerful unicorn as well. She's been known to wield all her pistols and both cutlass at the same time, laughing like a mad pony. Also, she tends to have cannons. Don't ask where she gets them though. Nopony has found out yet.

An elusive Equinocti assassin. He's never failed a job, rarely speaks, and is next to impossible to find. More often then not, he kills his employer as well as his target. No one has seen his cutie mark

Quasar
An Ex Enclave captain turned pirate, captian of the Blackwing. He commands respect and absolut loyalty from his crew, and works a mercenary if you REALLY need something large gone. He is a dark red Pegasus with a yellow mane and tail, and a cutie mark of what seems to be a super Nova

Star Paladin SteelHooves
A senior and mysterious steel ranger who works around the area of a stable gone missing. His mission is to eradicate any Alicorns he finds, and reclaim the stable in the name of the steel rangers. He has a very deep voice, and has an odd sense on what being a good pony is, and consistently says he isn't one. In the last, he was once offered the position of and Elder, the highest rankings of a steel ranger, but he turned it down for his own reasons.

Star Paladin Nova Rage
A hot tempers Steel Ranger mare, with a Snow White coat and a beutiful blue mane. She works for the common Steel Tanger goal of horsing technology, and will let no pony stand in her way, even her fellow rangers.

Black Knife
A Slaver in search of several ponies for unknown reasons, one of then being Kaus. He's a pitch black stallion with an oily black mane. He cutie mark is a knife over a set of cuffs. He works a large operation in Las Pegas.

Luna-Luna is a Equinocti filly with bright green eyes and a dark gray mane(Age 12-13). She does not have her cutie Mark yet and her fangs are growing in rather quickly,making her a biter. She hasn't fully grasp the idea of Shadow-walking but is on her way. She is rather stubborn at times and hates to be bossed around.
